GABRIEL NEUMANN I CREATIVE DIRECTOR

I discovered my talent criticizing TV commercials and was out of sheer curiosity I decided to study communication. As an intern since 2005, I graduated in Marketing and advertising in the year 2007 and was hired to work at the Hemorio communications. There I thinning enough and put the “hands-on” to take care of the image of the institution. To my luck, in this work had great mentors and it was through his guidance that many things have changed. Heavy investment to learn how to use the tools of communication in a more wide, wanted to know and know everything. From then on, 10 years have passed and life has been pressing me to make my dream a creative reality. Today I am with more maturity and vision, the dream of many people, including my own.

I was born in Rio de Janeiro and grew up dreaming that one day I would become a famous archaeologist and would live in Egypt. But every archaeological discovery that watching on television, I thought until I grow over nothing not to be discovered. I want to become a marine biologist, because the bottom of the sea always fascinated me. Glad that dream lasted a few years, because until today not learned to swim. I found love by advertising without wanting to, got involved in the disclosure of a party of friends and found myself critiquing the disclosure material. After I graduated in advertising, changed my city and even State seeking something that made a difference in my life, but my heart Carpenter returned to press in the marvelous city. What i love in advertising is the ability to sell dreams, awakening desires. But in the midst of so much consumerism, believe that a sincere hug, a kindness, a smile and a chocolate are able to make the day of anyone happier.

My name is Otavio Augusto Moreira da Cunha, carioca, 32 years old, Libra, graduated in journalism from Unesa and graduated in Audiovisual by Universidade Lusófona. When younger I wanted to be a football player and musician, but found in motion pictures my true passion. Since 2007 the audiovisual work, working in various fields of production. My portfolio includes weddings, advertising campaigns, video clips, graduations, corporate events, institutional videos, among other areas. Here at POLVO, as cameraman, hdslr cameras and operate; as editor operate all platforms market editing: Avid, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Edius and Vegas. Currently I am venturing in the post-production area learning with software like after effects and smoke.

Diferente da maioria dos meus amigos que não sabiam qual profissão escolher, aos 15 anos em um teste vocacional feito na escola, descobri a publicidade e propaganda e desde então já sabia com convicção o caminho a ser percorrido. Desde o início da vida acadêmica procurei me engajar na área, estagiei no laboratório de editoração eletrônica da faculdade, depois fiz parte da agência modelo e finalmente consegui meu estágio na Assessoria de Comunicação do Hemorio, neste departamento aprendi muito e teve um papel fundamental na minha formação profissional. Tornei-me pé no chão, continuei com ideias na cabeça, mas também coloquei-as no papel e até deixei algumas perambulando por ai. Agora, na Agência Polvo Rio novas portas se abrem onde posso continuar a fazer o que eu mais gosto, com a mesma alegria e expectativa de quando iniciei a faculdade.

Comecei a sonhar como todo garoto comum, querendo ser jogador de futebol. Logo vi que esse sonho não era realmente o que eu queria e sim uma ideia que a televisão repetia diariamente e comecei a me questionar sobre o poder que a comunicação tinha de levar alguém a gostar de algo. Ao terminar o ensino médio já sabia o que queria, cursar Comunicação. Meu primeiro estágio foi na assessoria de comunicação do Hemorio, onde realmente aprendi o valor do trabalho em equipe. Hoje, na Polvo, fico muito feliz de ter feito as escolhas certas em relação a minha vida profissional e vivo um sonho muito mais verdadeiro que aquele que tinha quando era criança.
